What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

For smaller jobs, service calls, honey do list, etc, we charge $60 per hour, with a two hour minimum. All other projects are based on an estimated bid.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meeting and discussing details of the project with client, submitting a detailed estimate based on that meeting, schedule work, and payment options.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working summers in high school for a local carpenter, after high school I went to work for a larger company that built houses and housed all their own tradesmen, where I received a wide range of experience from carpentry to plumbing, drywall, tile, painting, roofing etc.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Every kind, from happy helpful customers to the miserable impossible to please.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently installed custom windows, and the inside and outside trim looks beautiful.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please be serious about hiring a contractor. We have to pay for every person who contacts us, and it adds up to wasted money and time if it's not high on your priorities. Thank you
