Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is based off of each individual client's desired budgets and outcomes. Bathrooms start at $3500, Kitchens at $8000 and Additions at $12000. We have the ability to work within any budget completing projects in the last year for as little as $3250 on up to $262000. Our projects are priced as bids and not estimates or quotes so you know exactly what you are getting for your money.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We have a multi tiered approach to new clients. We like to start by coming out; getting to know you, your home and the project you would like to complete. After this initial consultation we prepare a scope of work that details every aspect of the construction project and then provide a detailed bid for the scope. We then discuss the scope and bid with you, walking you through every step and making any necessary changes. From there we can finalize and begin to plan your renovation!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
The most important part of a construction project is the planning, without a clear and concise plan no renovation will run smoothly. This said, it is so important to do your homework; know what you want your space to look like, know the products you want to use, ask the contractor to provide a detailed description of the work being performed, what materials they are using, their intended schedule and a detailed cost. The more you know up front the smoother the whole process will operate.
