Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Pricing varies based on the project requirements. We mostly like to see the job/assignment to get a better interpretation of what is needed. We sit with you and go through everything. Estimates are totally FREE of charge.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We offer free estimate over the phone or at the potential client's home. We assess the job; give our professional experience and advice to the potential customer, and provide him a rough price. If it fits his budget, then we will proceed to write down a detailed quote including contract, details of the job, and schedule of payment. Everything is written down; there is no verbal agreement. Then the job gets started and finished well, and quickly. We know that a construction project is stressful for the clients since it happened into his house. So we are proud of saying that besides bringing quality work, we as well are an excellent communicator. We inform our customer the steps of the process, share pictures after completion of something, and get feedback and approval from our customers. Our client satisfaction is our top priority!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have years of general construction experience, including with large companies that provide regular training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My father is a contractor and like most of the kids, we are in admiration with our parents. I started working on jobs with him. What I really enjoyed is the wonderful feeling when a job is completed and the customer is extremely satisfied with what has just been done to their home.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with many types of customers. From a busy house-wife to a high-end real estate agent. We typically do residential work.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Recently we worked on a 2600 square ft. house from 1945. Our customer concern was the high electric bills expected during the winter and high summer temperatures. We got pressure-filled into the walls, subfloor stops installed and new attic insulation (R49), replacement of thermal windows and door! Customer feedback: "My house is comfortably fresh, and the street noise is cut down to an absolute minimum."

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Since it is a new experience for the customer; it is common to feel stressed with all kind of work around the house. Our first recommendation before hiring a contractor is to make sure they are licensed and bonded. Then, ask for pictures of recent jobs and make sure the contractor is responsive and a clear communicator. Once you decide to work with the contractor, read carefully the contract. Don't sign anything if it is not entirely detailed. Don't accept any verbal agreement. Don't pay upfront.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Ask whatever questions you need answers to make you feel 100% comfortable prior working with the chosen company.
