What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer the best services at the best prices. Our time is valuable. To ensure we’re able to cater to serious inquiries, we require a $199 consultation fee. This fee is credited to your total cost of service if you choose to hire us but it is a requirement in order to book a consult. Please do not choose us as your provider if you do not wish to pay the consultation fee.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My husband and I started building homes internationally in 2014. We built 52 homes in Jamaica by 2016, 2 apartment complexes in Mexico, and 7 villas and homes in Panama by 2018. We have developed commercial and residential properties domestically since 2017. We have years of experience in real estate development and look forward to assisting you.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get as many quotes as you can! And do not go with the cheapest quote, go with the provider with the experience and the quality of work to back it up. Always ask for reference photos if they aren’t readily available.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Price out material costs before speaking with a professional so you can properly budget for material and labor.
