What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I will not be the most expensive nor the most inexpensive, but we will deliver a quality product.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

introduction to get a feel for what client is looking to accomplish, then I would schedule an appointment for walkthrough. I would discuss exactly what clients vision is, time frame you're looking to start project, and any comments or concerns. I would then put together an itemized estimate and send to you for review.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Sauk Area Career Center I graduated in 1984 as one of the top carpenters in the state.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I went to trade school for carpentry 30 years ago and really fell in love with design build

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have been fortunate to work with clients from all types of backgrounds. I've worked on condos in high-rises on Michigan Avenue to single family homes in Homewood.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I just finished a gorgeous kitchen remodel for a retired veteran. she has been wanting to remodel for 20 years and was finally able to bring her dreams to life

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

ask questions, get to know your contractor. be clear and concise about what you would like to accomplish

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

project size, time of year, pricing, time to execute project, and who will execute the project.
