What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am a business owner that works with integrity and moral values. I do not price gouge and I charge only the fair market prices in the current market for the type of job I am working on. We have to calculate many costs within the pricing, such as materials, labor, etc. Each job will have its own specific requirements and fees, etc, so the pricing is calculated on a job by job basis individually. However, we do run specials and have discounts from time to time. Just give us a call and ask about our specials!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Just scheduling a time to meet our homeowners And discussing the project first. I will then put an estimate together and then send a formal proposal by email or in person and after that if we reach an agreement we put our homeowners project on our schedule.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My education starts from just being in the field for so long, working with many other skilled contractors who have shown me the proper way of doing things by taking the time to show, when you take the time to do things right, you do not have to worry about having to redo a job because you know you already did it right the first time! This is a very important aspect, which many contractors today are not implementing, which is why many customers are having bad experiences with some contractors having to redo their jobs. Here at TMC Contracting, we ensure that all of our employees are trained to do things right the first time.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as a teenager painting exterior, and later in my early 30's I began working in the new construction field. This opened many doors such as framing, flooring, trim carpentry, sheet-rock, mud and tape, texturing, painting interior and exterior, wood rot, etc.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers from commercial to residential.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

replacing sheetrock in a basement from water damage, mud and taping those areas. Prepping the basement for new ceiling paint, doors and trim enamel, to finish wall paint.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

and some of my experiences, homeowners are surprised by what projects May cost. we have been doing this for a long time and we take everything into consideration, from what scale pricing is in 2022 and how flexible that we can be with our pricing. Each project is different, and the materials very. TMC also takes into account that we carry workers compensation, Insurance and we are licensed. We also have an office that we work out of and we take our business very serious, to insure business in our future. we love to help any way that we can, from color Consulting to answering any of the homeowners questions.
