What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer a free design consultation as well as a free same day quote.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After our design consultation we do what we call a remeasure which is a scale drawing of the space. This is used to fully plan the project and design the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have Master Plumber and Master Electrician on staff. We also have our own permit and structural division.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have been in this industry for a combined total of 30yrs.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all different types of customers from just a basic bathroom remodel to full house remodels.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently finished out a portion of a basement for War Horse Farms to be an office on one side and a wine/whiskey cellar theme on the other side. it turned out beautifully with custom reclaimed barn wood beams and lights whiskey wall. This project took approx. 3 Weeks Monday - Friday.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Making sure your choosing between qualified professionals. Do your research on the company you interested in and make sure your project can be done to your satisfaction DO NOT SETTLE FOR THE CHEAPEST, that never will mean quality work.

What a realistic budget looks like for the project you have in mind.
