What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

There is no typical standard pricing for the work we do.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

There are different process for different types of work but I will use the Kitchen remodel process for this. After making contact with a client and gathering basic information relating to the job. We will set up an appointment to come meet the customer in home and take measurement for there new kitchen. We will gather as much information as possible on what they are looking for in there new kitchen. After this meeting is complete we will ask that the client comes to our showroom to look at some samples. During this meeting we will have a printed 3D version of what there idea was. We are able at this point to eliminate and add some features for the kitchen. After finding the door style and knobs. We can order your kitchen and install within 2-3 weeks.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have completed the Construction Supervisor training program and obtained my CSL license. Our Kitchen Design team has over 25 Years experience working with all types of Kitchen design software.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I begin working in this business shortly after high school walking in my fathers foot steps.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers. Customers seeking small jobs (tile replacement, painting) up to large custom build homes and full house renovations.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently built a two family home from ground up in Sommerville. The project was a very detailed process as houses where very tight on both sides. It is a tremendous confidence booster to know the team you have in place is able to complete such detailed jobs. Took around 2-3 months to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

CHECK INSURANCE AND LICENSES. PEOPLE WILL LIE TO YOU A LOT ABOUT WHAT THEY HAVE AND WHAT THEY OFFER..

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are you insured? Are you licensed? Do you have in house guys or subs? What is the timeline for something like this? How do you take care of possible extras? Is this estimate the final number?
