What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My estimate includes labor and materials for the project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After I do the initial estimate, I will provide my customers with a quote for the project. For larger projects I provide them with a contract to sign.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have an over 16 years experience in project management. And I have a license to perform home improvement services.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always loved home remodeling and first I started out doing projects for myself. Eventually that lead to me getting my contractor license and starting my company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with all types of customers. First time buyers, house flippers, business owners, etc. I treat every customer the same, no matter what the job is.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently completed a salon for a first time business owner. It took a little longer than expected because we had to get the permits updated but the final job looks amazing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't be afraid to ask questions. This is your project and you want to make sure you're happy with the final results. And whoever you hire should have no problem answering your questions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure you've thought about what you want everything to look like once it's done. And make sure you've thought about what your future needs might be (storage, furniture changes, etc.)
