What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to visit our page. We'd like to shared our minimum prices. 6'x8' bathrooms: 13-15k 8'x12' bathrooms: 20-25k 12'x20' bathrooms: 25k-40k We'd only take projects with a minimum of $10,000.00 as we're structure to tackle full size renovations and additions.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We always start with a free on-site visit, and then provide a detail quote. Depending on the scale of the project, we may request a 2nd visit to bring our trades team and get more accurate pricing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'd have a bachelors of arts in architecture and have been in the construction industry for the past 15 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It's a family owned business, my dad began the company and we're thankfully growing in scale.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with all types of customers. Thankfully, we never had a project that has gone south. Every project we finished with dignity and with our will give the best we can.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We're currently finishing a wine & beer in Rockville townsquare. Will post pictures once its completed.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The only advice that i would give is to have an idea of what you want. It'll make the process easier. We're here to help you make those decisions but understanding that selecting things in stock vs special order may hurt the timeline of the completion of the project.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

*Does my budget fit my vision of the project? *Will zoning allowed me to do this project? *Am i financing my self or through a bank? *Does my contractor have solid references to compared?
