What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We use fair market pricing and offer discounts when available. By providing a detailed proposal, our pricing/proposals are extremely accurate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1.Site visit for first consultation and measurements. 2.Compose and deliver detailed proposal. 3.Meet at showroom to review drawing and finishing materials included in proposal. 4. Sign contract and schedule start date. 5. 3D design composition and finalization as needed. 6. Start and complete project. 7. Certificate of completion and another happy client!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 30 years of experience in construction and remodeling. I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with Management Concentration. By caring an aptitude to render 2 and 3 dimensional drawings, we can achieve perspectives with excellence.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

At the age of ten, my father started my brothers and I in brick masonry. As my father learned new trades such as tile, plaster, drywall, carpentry, he taught them to my brothers and I.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We are structured for full remodels. Our clients typically are looking to completely remodel basements, kitchens, bathrooms, and additions.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are very fond of a basement project in Vienna. It can be seen as a featured project on our profile here on Thumbtack. It started as a completely unfinished basement. After 8 weeks, it was transformed in a completely finished basement with wet bar, theater/media area, full bathroom with walk-in shower, den with closet, and open recreation areas. Well planned and executed with awesome clients!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire licensed professionals like my self for the large complete basement, kitchen, and bathroom remodels. The small projects are perfect for DIY home owners and handymen.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1. Budget range. 2. Project time frame to start. 3. Is this project for your forever home or an upgrade to enjoy the space a little longer.
