What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

When it comes to pricing we like to give the consumer several options to choose from. "Design focused" and "MPQH standard". This way you can see a project with all the bells and whistles as well as a basic yet quality option.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We believe in face to face interaction with our customers. This means an initial home visit to talk over the project and see what you're looking for. We also like to deliver our proposal in person so we can make sure no details or questions are missed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Mason, the owner has a combined 10 years of professional experience in the building trade. He is also a fully licensed builder who regularly attends any builder related trade shows. Levi, our foreman has 5 years of professional experience and is also a licensed builder.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Masons dad built custom homes for over 30 years. Mason remembers working alongside his dad as little as 10 years old. Mason is also drawn towards the satisfaction of creating something from nothing. Providing customers with truly wonderful finished product.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We are interested in working on both high end renovations as well as custom homes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just recently finished a very nice basement remodel. This project had a lot of custom details including all custom cabinetry built by MPQH.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look to hire someone who it actually passionate about the work they're providing rather than just looking for a pay day. Sure we need to make money, but a good contractor cares more about the finished project than the next check.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

-What do they value the most when it comes to their project? It's important for us to know what exactly you're looking to get out of project. -What is your budget? We understand this is a tough question to answer sometimes. However it is key to better understanding what this project is capable of. -What matters more to you: simply paying the lowest price or receiving the best value for your investment? We believe in offering fair pricing that aligns with other local professionals. However, what sets us apart is the exceptional craftsmanship and service we provide, ensuring you get far greater value for every dollar you spend.
