What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

At Xpres Bath & Shower we highly emphasize Same Day Pricing. We pride ourselves in being able to retain our offers to our customers longer than other rival contractors. Discounts are very important to us at Xpres Bath & Shower We believe in taking care of our elders as much as we respect our soldiers, which is why we also carry Senior discounts as well as Military discounts

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Everything begins with a friendly one on one meeting at the comfort of your home. Once we've set up an appointment with a new customer, we will send one of our project managers to give a free estimate as well as further discuss the project as a whole. It is important that you do not feel pressured to buy or do anything. It is your bathroom and we want to help update it the way you want it. We stress communicating with our new customers as much as possible so that we have a full understanding of exactly what they do and do not want. Adequate communication between our customers is crucial in this stage of the process Once we have a clear understanding of what the customer desires, we begin work as soon as possible. From here, all the customer has to do is wait and we will complete their project for them under their close supervision

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

RESIDENTIAL BLDG CONTRACTOR Licensing and Certification: We are a certified Residential Building Contractor in the state of Minnesota. We may build residential real estate to improve existing residential real estate MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR BOND Registration and Certification: We are registered as a Mechanical Contractor Bond in the state of Minnesota. We have filed a $25,000 Bond to perform gas, heating, ventilation, cooling, air conditioning, fuel burning, or refrigeration work in all areas in the state of Minnesota PLUMBING CONTRACTOR Licensing and Certification: We are licensed as a Plumbing Contractor in the state of Minnesota. We may perform plumbing work in all areas of the state of Minnesota for as long as we are considered a Master Plumber

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Xpres came together through a melding pot of multiple different aspirations. Many of us are here because we love the process of the work. Seeing the inception of each project going from just a couple of drawings to a final finished Bathroom/Basement/Kitchen We at Xpres Bath & Shower value the importance of our own credibility. We are in this field because we know that if we do the work, it will get done right. We simply do not trust other contractors and competitors. A huge part of why we are so proud of ourselves at Xpres Bath & Shower stems from our Xpres Accessibility. We love being able to support the elderly and provide for the disabled the ability to handle basic bathroom needs without much of a struggle. We would hate to see them have to vacate the home that they so deeply cherish over an avoidable bathroom issue

What types of customers have you worked with?

Over the years, Xpres Bath & Shower have worked with a myriad of faces over a plethora of home builds. We have accomplished projects pertaining to home builds such as: Basement Kitchen Bathroom Remodeling Xpres Bath & Shower mainly targets residential homes over commercial properties. The intimacy of providing for the average day to day citizen is something we emphasize at Xpres.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our most favored projects pertain to our love of Tiles. The scope of what a contractor can accomplish with tiles based on the home owners vision and our own ability is utterly daunting. Great Tiles go a long way to making a seemingly ordinary bathroom look astonishing. Tile effects are a combination of multiple categories of design to which we at Xpres can accomodate. These range from colors and textures, all the way through materials, designs, recesses, niches, etc... The process can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to complete but the result is staggering for anyone to lay eyes to.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be careful not to fall into certain sales traps. Many rival competitors will try to corner you into purchasing a product or service with the fear tactic of losing an offered price over a short period of time. We at Xpres Bath & Shower offer Same Day Pricing and retain that price for a much longer period of time then our competitors.
