What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are not the highest pricing around, but in order to maintain a qualified crew, we aren’t the cheapest. Typically, an appropriately priced kitchen will be about 15% of the home’s value.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step is scheduling a few in home consultation and measure. Then select the elements for your project. After that, we get you on the schedule to start and complete your project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Real life experience in the field problem solving.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working with a cabinet maker in high school. Although I tried my hand at other careers, I ended up back where I started. I’m so glad to be doing this work everyday.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of clientele. From budget conscious to affluent, we treat every client with the same care and respect.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just finished a project where we removed the load bearing walls between the living room, kitchen and dining room. It really opened up the space. We added a large island where the load bearing wall was, which is perfect for entertaining. This project took 6 weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make a decision today that you will be happy with 5 years from now.
