What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are priced competitively and will work within a Customer budget for the best product. We include plans and permits in our quotes.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will meet with the customer at their home at no charge to discuss the details of their project, get accurate information and make suggestions based on the customers wishes so we may provide an appropriate reasonable quote.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

4 years business schooling for General Contractor with Bachelors Degree.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

For years we have owned rental properties and renovated them each time a tenant moved out. In addition we have purchased multiple investment properties and done complete restorations and renovations of the exteriors and interiors. We also do work for many Insurance companies and will work directly with them to make sure our customers are taken care of properly.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check reviews and request references if preferred. Look for a contractor who is doing mostly the type of project they are requesting. We specialize in full basement finishes, kitchen and bath.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should go through each facet of the project to determine what lighting they want, what level of flooring, what level of bathroom finish(ie...tiled shower walls and floors or fiberglass surround, onyx etc...) drywall or drop ceiling(cost is about the same)
