What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer free quotes. Those quotes are good for 60 days. We offer fixed labor costs for all items quoted and you'll only pay for the materials actually used in the completion of your job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We schedule some time with you for one of our area managers to come out to give you a free quote. If you want to move forward, you can approve the quote online. We will schedule a time for the job to be completed. Upon completion we check in to make sure you are happy with the services provided and then send over a final invoice for payment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our pros are thoroughly vetted and have passed a background check. I only use pros whose work I can personally attest to. We currently have 5 crews that specialize in different areas. I use them for every job that makes sense and do not hire random sub-contractors to complete any work.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in this line of work purchasing and fixing up rental properties. I then started selling home repair services for a national company. A couple years back I decided to start my own company fixing up homes. It gives me great joy to help fix my customers problems with their home.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all kinds of customers. Some customers use us to complete 2-10 handyman tasks around the house. Some customers have us resurface their entire deck or repair their drywall and paint. Some customers are small businesses that need custom woodwork.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently, we built a pergola and privacy panels on their deck for a customer. Their house was built higher up and they were looking for some privacy when they enjoyed entertaining on their back deck. It took us a week to fully frame and trim out the pergola and it looks incredible. We can't wait to finish staining it once the weather warms up.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always ask a provider if they guarantee their work. I feel that some of the people I have talked to feel burned by a past contractor that finished a job for cheap and when they called to fix an issue, they couldn't get in touch with them anymore. We stand by our work and it will be done right the first time and if there is anything that needs to be fixed, we will be there to fix it. We want to show our customers what a great contractor looks like.

What do you want it to look like? Have photos if you want a specific design. What is your budget for the job? Give your provider an idea so they can offer relevant solutions. What exactly do you want done? Break it down into a list of items.
