What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

There are no standard models for setting prices. There are a great many variables that produce dramatic differences from one project to another. Each project is unique.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Naturally, a visit to review the work needed is necessary. However, many pertinent questions can be answered during an initial phone conversation. That first call is a valuable tool for setting expectations, and arranging for a convenient appointment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our leaders are experts on most forms of construction. Our General Contracting license allows our company to build anything desired. Everything from selecting a piece of land to build on, to building any structure that suits your needs, upon that land.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our leadership began painting/drywall work before graduating from High School, and the accumulation of knowledge grew from there. After 23 years in the construction industry, we now have the experience to accomplish any task. "It's not knowing what to do, many people know what to do...It's knowing what to do when things go wrong that defines a professional, as opposed to an amateur"

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types ! Some customers have serious problems within their homes or buisness, and some have only cosmetic aspirations to accomplish. Many customers posses expertise in construction, and others have none. We can foster productive consultation with both, or any combination of the two.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are currently remodeling a hotel in Huntersville. It has been a great pleasure bringing new life to a future Sheraton Hotel.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

NEVER assume anything. Assumption allows miscommunication to occur. Communication is extremely important. Ask MANY questions. Expect direct answers. If the answers are vague, look further.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

You must have, in your mind, firm details of what you hope to achieve. What you are willing to spend. What colors, textures, and finishes you are looking for. The more decision-making that you engage in before contacting a contractor, the better the consultation will go.
