What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe our pricing is fair and reasonable. We’re not the cheapest—and we don’t aim to be—because there’s always someone willing to cut corners for a lower price. When we say “reasonable,” we mean pricing that reflects the quality, care, and professionalism we bring, especially when compared to others offering the same level of workmanship.
One thing we’ve learned over the years is that the cheapest option often ends up being the most expensive in the long run. We focus on doing the job right the first time, so you don’t have to deal with costly fixes later. With us, you’re investing in lasting quality and peace of mind.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with genuine excitement for each new project. We start by scheduling a visit to the customer’s home to provide a free estimate. During the visit, we take time to understand the customer’s needs and vision, and we use our years of experience to offer helpful guidance and suggestions. We take detailed notes to ensure nothing is missed.
After the visit, we provide a clear plan, an estimate, and a possible start and completion date. Once the customer approves the proposal, we begin the project with great care—from the very first step to the final details. Throughout the entire process, we focus on quality, communication, and making sure our customer is 100% satisfied with the results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founder has a degree in Economics, but his journey into the remodeling world is anything but traditional. After facing challenges in his home country, he moved to the U.S. in search of a better future—and quickly fell in love with the culture, the people, and the hands-on nature of construction work. At 25, he started working in the remodeling industry and discovered that every part of the process—from demolition to final details—brings him real joy.
Although he brings nearly 5 years of solid experience, what makes our company even stronger is the team behind him. Our crew includes professionals with 12, 18, even 35 years of experience in construction and remodeling. That means when challenges come up, there’s always someone with the expertise to guide the way. We believe that great work comes from both passion and teamwork—and we’re proud to offer both on every project.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It all started when our founder picked up a paintbrush for the first time. What began as a passion for craftsmanship quickly turned into a lifelong commitment to quality, detail, and creating beautiful spaces. Over the years, that same dedication has grown into a full-service bathroom remodeling company trusted by homeowners who care about quality and reliability.
At Ninova, we believe that your bathroom should be more than just functional—it should be a reflection of your style and a place you enjoy every day. Whether it’s a sleek modern upgrade or a cozy, timeless design, we bring your vision to life with expert planning, top-quality materials, and honest communication from start to finish.
We’re not just contractors—we’re craftsmen, problem-solvers, and partners in your project. Let us show you what a difference it makes to work with a team that truly cares.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We’ve worked with a wide range of customers—from homeowners doing their first remodel to experienced property investors managing multiple renovations. Some clients come to us with a clear vision and design in mind, while others rely on our guidance to shape their ideas. We’ve handled projects for busy families, retired couples, landlords, and even real estate agents preparing homes for sale. No matter the background, we approach every project with the same level of care, communication, and commitment to quality.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The last project we completed was a full home remodeling project for an investor. He gave us full authority for the design and we meticulously made every corner look modern and we did this for a very reasonable price. With the organization and planning we did before starting the work, we completed the job in a short time of 2 weeks.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a bathroom remodeling contractor, don’t just focus on price—look for experience, attention to detail, and good communication. Always check reviews, ask to see examples of previous work, and make sure expectations are clear from the start. A trustworthy contractor will listen to your ideas, offer honest advice, and keep you updated throughout the project. Having a clear written agreement and open communication are key to a successful remodel.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before speaking with a professional about your bathroom remodeling project, it’s helpful to think through a few key questions:
What is your overall budget for the project?
Are you looking for a full remodel or just specific updates (like new tiles, fixtures, or paint)?
Do you have a specific style or design in mind? (Modern, traditional, minimalist, etc.)
What are your must-haves vs. nice-to-haves?
Do you have a timeline or deadline in mind?
Are there any current issues with the space (plumbing, layout, ventilation) that you’d like to fix?
Having answers to these questions helps us understand your goals better and provide the best possible plan, estimate, and design suggestions. Don’t worry if you don’t have all the answers—we’re here to help guide you through every step.
