Introduction

Here at TRW Remodeling, we believe in doing quality work at an affordable price. I've been doing construction my entire life and I just got tired of working for companies that would want to cut corners for profit and charge outrageous prices. So I decided to strike out on my own. I've been working for myself for 5 years and it's going great. We have a 100% customer satisfaction rating and we're fully insured. We do everything from the roof to the floor and much more. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I usually charge $300 per day plus material cost. I try to stay within that range abs base most things off of that price scale.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I introduce myself, get their information and create a contact. Then I go over exactly what it is they want done so I can give an accurate estimate. At that point if they like what they hear and wish to proceed, l schedule a start date. Once I start a job I DO NOT leave or start any other projects until that one is complete and the customer is 100% satisfied.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been doing various forms on construction abs remodeling for 20 years. I'm OSHA , CPR, and FIRST AIDE certified. I also have extensive training with roofing, decks, windows, painting, solder abs much more.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

my step father owned his own remodeling company until he passed away. I worked with them for many years and I found out I enjoyed the work abs wanted to pursue it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

all kinds. I've worked on the Kansas capital building, Oklahoma capital building, Duke University, UNC, NC state, UNC Wilmington, lieth Toyota, PNC bank, and I've done the roof gutters and downspouts on 7 first citizens banks. Now I primarily do residential around my area because I'm because I'm a single parent abs I need to be home every evening.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I built a Murphy bed for someone recently, I like this project because I hadn't done one before abs it turned off very good. it was a fun task for me I dint like doing the same thing day in and day out I like a little variety.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

check their reviews, and double check their price! I've had clients tell me they have received some pretty outrageous quotes so I would at least get 2

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

they should ask about the professionals experience and expertise, how they handle unexpected challenges, and their approach to the project. they should also think about any specific or custom materials they wish to use
