All companies have the same pricing. You will either pay up front for quality work or pay for many years to come with repairs. Materials are the same price for everyone. The one thing that is not the same for everyone is certifications and warranties in materials.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The process starts with a free estimate and consultation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are certified Trex deck professionals and one of the few CertainTeed select shingle masters in the area.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Everyone at Roofing Exteriors Pro has been in the home improvement industry for 10+ years. We all decided to create a company that would provide better service, better pricing and restore peoples faith in home improvement.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all customers from the Triad to the Triangle and all in-between.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Earlier this month we installed roofs for a neighborhood. Everyone saved money because our crews were able to install each roof at the same time. The entire project took about 4 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always use a local contractor with a physical business location.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask about the products being used. Most company reps have no idea what materials are being used.
