What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer fair and reasonable pricing. We aren't priced as a handyman service, simply because we are a construction and remodeling company, with quality, care, and expertise that goes into every detail. We offer 15% discount to veterans and seniors over 55 years of age, and warranty all work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically we will do an initial consult to find out what services you need. We offer Design through CAD and we do 3d models of our projects. After the initial consult, we will then present you with a standard proposal, and if accepted, receive down payment at time of acceptance and enter into a contract for the job requested. Once materials are readily available for the job we will schedule a date and time to begin the project.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Childers Construction And Remodeling was born through wanting to make a difference in peoples' lives, and wanting to take the time and care necessary to put a smile on every customer's face.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Childers Construction And Remodeling has worked with all types of customers from all different backgrounds. From customers who knew exactly what they wanted to customers who needed 100% guidance through creating their finished project.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have to say that the kitchen remodel featured in this listing is the most happy We have ever been working with a customer. The appreciation for even the smallest of things, the kindness, warmth we felt every day showing up on the jobsite, it was all amazing and I could only hope to make that difference in everyone's life.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Childers Construction And Remodeling would advise all customers to have realistic goals and realistic expectations when heading a project of any size. Materials get damaged, it rains. There are some things that would extend the time of a project but understand a delay is not a stop. Childers Construction And Remodeling has a dedicated team that is on top of any issue that arises and will assure that the delay, whatever it is, is being handled as rapidly as possible.

Childers Construction And Remodeling would like to offer a few questions to ask yourself before jumping into a project of any kind. 1) What is my goal in this? ie: add value to my home, add luxury to my home, reduce energy costs, maintain my home, etc. 2) Am I financially prepared to take on this project? 3) Is the company I am dealing with professional and thorough?
