Our pricing is lower than market average and very competitive.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

One or both of the company partners meet with the potential customer. Both partners are intimately involved in the project, and communication is direct with them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Both partners have over 30 years experience in the construction industry. One of the partners is also a registered professional civil engineer in California, and a licensed real-estate agent.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Construction has always been our main interest. Seeing residential and commercial projects of all sizes get completed successfully is greatly fulfilling.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds of customers and projects - from residential homeowners with small scale remodeling projects all the way to successful businessmen on large commercial projects.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Build a house extension combined with a modern casita - 12 weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get a reputable, known company that has all the required licenses and insurances, and a clean record with the State Contractor's License Board. Ask for references and verify.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Try to be as specific as possible in the desired scope for the project. Define a budget and allow for some room for added changes and unforeseen circumstances.
