Working with the clients needs we offer functuality and comfort to the homes making sure our clients are 100 % satisfied. Its more than just design but a huge collaboration with the clients in the area of customer service and intense passion for design. I enjoy turning a house into a home for my clients. I work strongly with space planning to make sure that all areas of the home is used and that there is no areas that are over- looked. That way the entire home is consistent and functional. I enjoy placing everything strategically and watching the entire vision come to life once the project has been completed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

It depends on the project small or large. I bid either on the entire project or I bill hourly. Whatever is best for the client and their budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I have a first time meet and greet. I get to know my customer and they get to know me. I access there needs are and I use my knowledge and combine what I know will work for them in the area of functuality and balance. Once, we I know their wants, I give them a proposal so they can see the scope of work and pricing and if they agree we move on to contract and start making their home fabulous!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design. I was the I am at all the trade shows, conventions and staying with the new innovative designs, constantly staying up with the new and the innovative designs that are out there.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started later on in life with design. It wasn't until my early forties that I found my true love and passion for design.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked from small condo's to large mansions in China and in California.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am so proud of the Beach House in Lido Soud Newport Beach CA. it turned out like a dream model. It's so amazing my greatest accomplishment to date !

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would search out their portfolio and depending on the project make sure they are licensed for sure and take a moment and have that consultation to make sure you and the designer are on the same page and that personalities are comparable because you are the one living in the home. The designer has to meet the needs of the clients yet give them an option that they have never seen...

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I found my passion for design later in my life. I just love it, I live to explore in creativity. I enjoy working with my clients and getting to know them and finding an amazing design that suits their lifestyle and then I make it happen. I really enjoy seeing my clients so excited for the home of their dreams. When they open the door and we share the AWW moment together!
