What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Every project is different so is every client. Our treatment of all clients whether new or old it’s always fair, honest, transparent and true.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All project managers, sight supers, craftsmen have over 10 years of experience in their required field of expertise. In addition, all new team members to existing team members are required to have the OSHA sight safety training as required by their role on any project.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A project where I was a project manager and I was fond of the finished product was a siding job in Queens NY. We had limited space on the left and right side of the home. We could not place a ladder properly forget about any scfolding. However we got it done on time and within budget. If you were walking by it, you had to stop and take a longer look. If you were driving by it, you would go around the block and see if again. I am very proud of our team for a job well done. Thanks guys…

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get 3 to 4 quotes minim to find your true budget (Ask your project manager how to get your true budget once you have your minimum amount of quotes). While educating yourself with different point of views before choosing your contractor. Ask lots of questions, there is no such thing as a bad question when it comes to spending your hard earned money.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Separating there ideas from what is needed from what they want. Always get done what is required for your home to be safe, stable, leak proof, comfortable, insulated, energy efficient and reliable before doing things for appeasement.
