Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
All first responders receive a discount. All discounts vary on the type of project at hand.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to give every customer a full scope of the work and procedures we take before we begin. I break down the entire project to keep the customer in the loop at every step.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I actually used to teach a contractor course for individuals who wanted to get i to the business. I also have an MBA. The most important training/ education anyone can achieve is experience. I have over 20 years of experience and am confident in any project i take on.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I was only 7 years old when I first started going to work with my father in the family business. I started off handing him tools and eventually started doing the work Myself. I learned a lot from a very young age until I decided to take on the family business on my own!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with all types of customers. Commercial clients and residential clients, but I like to gear myself and business towards residential clients because seeing a customer happy at the end of any project is what keeps my business doors open!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
The Marks project was a large scale project that normally would’ve taken 1.5 months, but the client wanted it done faster so we were able to complete it in 4 weeks!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
The first thing that comes to mind is patience! Look for the contractor who can be patient with you throughout the process because having work done in your personal space can become overwhelming, but a good contractor will always be there every step of the way to make sure you understand what’s happening and can put you at ease instead of making things worse.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
I guess the most important thing is to have a plan ready for the contractor. What is it that you are looking for and also what are your expectations of the project.
