What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are a fairly priced company, competitive pricing, we price most jobs on time and materials, to give you the best price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A new customer we would meet with them go over details of their project. I would give them pricing and then would have my office write up a contract and send to the customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in business since 1996.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have work with all types of customers, residential, commercial, AHRC, Angela's house, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently just finished a bathroom renovation, came out beautiful and took about 3-4 days to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When choosing a contractor it is important to choose someone who you can trust, reliable and keeps in communication with you throughout the whole project, and a contractor that will get the job done, and right the first time.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The questions that customers need to think about is a budget. What are my must haves on the project, desired timelines, and any special concerns (pets, children, allergies).
