What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

It is difficult to give a quote without first seeing the particulars with the project. Roofing and siding are the exceptions.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

To meet with them at their convenience. To ensure them that we are the right guys for the job. To make them feel comfortable in their choice and go the extra mile to please them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been in the construction trade for almost 13 years. Trained as a trim carpenter and than roofing and siding for a number of years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Stated with my friend about 14 years ago and knew than that this is what I want to do. I really enjoy my profession.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with people of all walks of life. I have worked for wealthy clients as well as with people with lower incomes. Work is work and i aim to preform my best regardless who the client may be

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

1000 square foot dormer in plainview in 07-2016. We completed entire project in 9 weeks. Homeowner is ecstatic and has referred us to their family and friends.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your due diligence. Get a few estimates. Ask to see previous work via photos, videos and actual job sites. Make sure to compare quotes fairly. Educate yourself as much as possible regarding your project.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Get a good understanding of what you want done. What materials that are involved. And what is your budget. Ask about length of project.
