What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process for working with a new customer revolves around collaboration and transparency, ensuring that their vision is brought to life seamlessly. As a design-build company, we streamline the entire construction process by integrating design and construction services under one roof.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We carry all necessary licenses and insurances to enter every building in NYC.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've had the privilege of working with a wide range of customers, each with unique needs and preferences. Ranging from condo/co-op owners, developers and also commercial clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One recent client, who I now consider a friend, reached out to our company after their previous contractor walked off the job without any response. This client had also relocated to a temporary rental while the renovation was underway and required completion within 90 days. We started collaborating with this client, providing them with a brand new layout option featuring larger bedrooms and a more luxurious design for their two bathrooms, all of which were accomplished within the 90 day timeframe.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
