Bachelor of Architecture. Four (4) Years of Architectural Design/Drafting Over Ten 10) years in Construction Industries. Four (4) Years of Construction Management

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a young college student, doing construction part time with family members, while attending college. Working in the construction industry and study Architecture, it tremendously shape understanding and love for the field of construction.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Customers we have worked for are of both Commercial and Residential, Renovations and Remodeling.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

- Brownstone Restoration & Renovation. 1.5 Months - Penthouse Duplex - Renovation. 1 Month - Warehouse Rehabilitation- 6 Months

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be able to understand what you will be getting from the contractor and be able to have clear communication.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are they looking for? How will that contractor be able to provide a clear understanding before build? Can the contractor provide a drawing/sketch of project if needed?
