Modo Renovations is a full service Construction Management and consulting company. Focus is residential construction with a massive amount of experience in high end residential development and construction. Superintendent license with Site Safety training and SST supervisor card. Can do anything from estimating, to cost review analysis, to full service CM work doing a project from design to completion. Experience ranges from full buildings, to gut renovation of apartments, to small kitchen and bath renovations, to lobby rehabilitation projects. Knowledgeable in NYC and Westchester code. Experienced in dealing with co-op and condo boards and alteration agreements as well.
