What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We like to physically meet with our customers to understand their plans and visualize the project hence provide the fairest price. We email our estimate within the following 2-3 days unless there’s urgency in getting the project done right away. We schedule to begin in less than a week or according to our customer’s needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to keep our customers informed of our plan and progress. We like to do our very best beginning from the prep work and throughout the process until the final touch ups and walk throughs with our customers and satisfaction is fulfilled.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My team and I have lead based painting certifications. Our work has passed on many Certificates of Occupancy for new constructions. After working with many house flippers throughout many years, we have gained much knowledge on passing home inspections with the professional work required.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our family owned business was founded in 2012 solely providing top quality interior and exterior residential and commercial painting services. Since then, we have branched out to include a wide variety of remodeling and new builds services such as framing, drywall, flooring, carpentry, deck work, roofing and much more for both residential and commercial.
