Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I normally can beat the competition as I try to be as fair in pricing as possible.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
In most cases, I prefer to have a phone or text conversation to get a better understanding of what the customer wants. Then a site visit is normally the next step, which then leads to preparing an accurate bid for the customer to view.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Decades of construction and customer service experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started as a teenager in the field and progressed from there.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Local restaurants, local commercial and residential projects including house flips.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We enjoy seeing the before and after of projects. We recently did a full remodel on an older house in Yukon in about 4 months. Its exciting seeing it go from 1979 to a more modern look.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Never pre-pay all up front, make sure and have a legitimate bid/contract and remember the cheapest bid is not always the best bid.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Try to find photos of what ideas you have in mind, ask about timelines and budgets.
