What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am reasonable and will work with you on most things if I'm a little higher it's just because I know the cost of material and I know the cost of labor for your job and I'm not going to come back and tell you o well I ran into this it's going to cost you another price... I will give you the right quote and the right timeline.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My education was all a hands on experience that I received first hand. I enjoy kinesthetic learning which is hands on learning, first hand.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started plumbing and then welding and pipefitting, back to construction side of it more than 15 years ago, because I couldn't imagine sitting in some office somewhere all day.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with them all, micro managers, to the hands off people who know absolutely nothing about it and don't care. One extreme to the other.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

See if they have the knowledge and are capable people.
