Introduction

We are a people business and dedicated to your satisfaction. We take the time upfront to make sure we know exactly what you want done and double check at every phase of construction to make sure you like everything we do. If your not happy we are not happy. I enjoy making people happy. There is no greater joy at the end of a project than a happy homeowner. If you are happy at the end of all the construction we know we did a good job and you will be eager to tell your friends about our services.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We mostly do larger projects with a varying degree of pricing. It's kind of like buying a new car. If you want a stripped down version it's one price and if you want all the bells and whistles it's another.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
The first process in working with someone new is usually a phone call or text to get contact information and learn a little more about the project and a good time to meet. We then make an onsite visit to measure and get indepth questions about what you are looking to have done and discuss any ideas or options that you may have. Then I take all the information and put together a comprehensive bid. Small jobs take a couple days and larger one with multiple contractors involved generally take about a week. After agreeing upon a price and start date we begin construction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have been licensed in Colorado and Florida before moving back to Oklahoma and calling Edmond home. I have completed the contractor testing over the IRC that is the code at this time.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I roofed and remodeled houses when i was out of high school and later became a trim carpenter in million dollar homes in the Dallas Fort Worth area. After the the housing crash in 2008 I went in to business for myself doing remodels. I also installed cabinets, doors and decks for a box store between 2010 and 2015

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with all different kinds of people.
