Our pricing is commensurate with better building products and the methodologies we choose to utilize when building.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We prefer to engage new clients via a call first to determine their project scope and budget and gauge whether we're a good fit. If we think we're a good fit for your project we're happy to conduct a site visit and discuss your project in depth as well as how we build and why.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Engineering Degree Licensed General Contractor Registered Home Improvement Contractor 5+ years of building experience

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Personal renovations that soon spilled over into the 'client' world.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types. Some of our clients have fully-prepared plan sets and just need a solid contractor to execute on their plans. Others just want a 'stunning' new bathroom but aren't quite sure how to make that happen and need our help with the design and product selections.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your due diligence. Ask for references. Ask for examples of work. Check on insurance and current registration.

Think about your project goals and how those goals relate to your budget.
