What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

First time clients get 25% discount of the initial consultation. My style is minimalist, and I will not offer you expensive items just to raise the cost of your project. Your satisfaction is my and my partners top priority.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I prefer to schedule in-person initial consultation to listen to your ideas about your project, and will offer you several options for your needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am constantly learning. I frequently complete LinkedIn Learning courses. And I am currently enrolled in Interior Design online course at Bucks County Community College.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My start was when I redesigned all rooms in my house and got to know professionals who helped me with my own projects. I maintain a great working relationship with all of them, and they would be the ones assisting with any of your renovations needs. Also, I got to know several retailers , such as The Home Depot and their partners, Lowe's, Amazon and its network of sellers, Walmart, The Shade Store.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with diverse types of customers, from young people looking to decorate their new place, to long-term home owners, needing some renovation and / or redesign, to professionals who are thinking of organizing their work space, be it in home office or in a work setting.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My house is my where I try various new ideas. You can see pictures that I share. The photos are either from my business office or from my house.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

• Do listen to their ideas and be receptive to new recommendations and overrall advice. • Do not forget to share your own ideas and vision about your project with your provider and their subcontractors. • Do check customers' reviews.

Please feel free to share your ideas about your project when talking to professionals. This will help them understand your project better and will definitely lead to better results and your satisfaction.
