Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We tried to take great pride and not being the cheapest contractor that provides a quote. We also take equal pride and not be in the most expensive. We pride ourselves on offering fair prices for great work. Your project is our passion!

After meeting in person on site, we are able to give quick detailed quotes of the Empire entire process while providing license and insurance information to all of our customers

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We are lead certified, trained in Insurance repair work, and hold a bachelors degree in business administration

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Our family started a construction business back in the mid 50s down in North Carolina. After moving up north due to the war they began working on the eastern shore of Maryland and surrounding areas. Impacting generations with construction knowledge.

We work with customers of all ages, backgrounds, religion, ethnicities, race, financial capability, etc.… We pride ourselves on establishing a large client base both residential and commercial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently got a phone call for roof damage due to a fallen tree. Our team worked around the clock to remove the tree, preventing the home from further damage. We were able to move the owners in within six days and the project was completed in less than a month. We were extremely proud of the work that we did and loved seeing the homeowners happy with our entire process!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
My best advice would be to do your research. Make sure you get to know the company. We have always said that local building inspectors are usually the best referrals. They tend to have a non-biased opinion and are very knowledgeable on the quality and craftsmanship of the companies they deal with.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Always ask if the people on site will be background checked. Make sure you are on the same page with regards to start times and end times each day. Finally, and most importantly, set up a line of communication.
