$100 appointment fee (waived if contract made). Military discount (must have military ID).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Setup an appointment. We come out and meet the customer. Go over the project at hand. And work up an estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Grandfather was a carpenter. Taught me to have that old school touch

Don’t be afraid to ask questions, and don’t hire a contractor that doesn’t ask you questions

Ask them to explain what’s going on with the project; “why this is happening”, “what to do”, “what is currently going on”. Maybe ask in a way for understanding and to know what’s actually going into their project a little
