Pricing is really contingent on demo/discovery, fit and finish, etc. We do are best to give an accurate idea of what your project will cost. Inevitably, designs and ideas always seem to change during the project and pricing adjusts accordingly.

We will do an initial consultation to determine what needs to be done and how to do it. We can then give basic pricing parameters for the project. We will then collaborate with the home owner in the design and planning of the project, order necessary materials and then get to work!

Started out in apartment maintenance then went to work for a professional service company as the runner. Thru the years I went from the kid that picked up the trash to PM, estimator then GM. Eventually hit the glass ceiling and ultimately started our own business. 15+ years later we are still going strong.

Worked with celebs, executives, churches, business owners, retirees, widows, elderly, rich, poor and all walks of life. We don't judge, we don't care who you are, we just want to do a good job for you!

We recently remodeled a home for an investor that was so dirty, nasty and disgusting that we almost didn't take the job. But the customer was having extreme difficulty finding anyone that would help repair since a tree fell on it and nearly wiped out the back half of the home and some squatters had moved in and turned a situation from bad to worse. After 4 months of cleanup and renovation to the home the place turned out amazing. I even surprised myself on the outcome. Home is now under contract and everyone that has seen the home before and after can't believe it is the same place. That customer came from thumbtack and we are now working on his next project as we speak.

The remodeling work force in this area is weak for quality installers. There are only a few of us around... sure plenty of wannabes, but quality workers are hard to come by. Be sure your contractor is established and has been around awhile. That alone will tell you that they do good work and have a good staff.

What they are willing to sacrifice, i.e., noise, construction debris, daily workers on their project, timelines, outcomes and understanding expectations.
