unfold fold
We believe in fairness and transparency throughout the construction process, including pricing. We work closely with our customers to align with their budget as much as possible, ensuring they receive the quality and results they desire.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We welcome new customers with a commitment to fairness, transparency, and quality. From the initial consultation to project completion, we work closely with you to understand your vision, align with your budget, and deliver results that exceed expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
With over 50 years of combined experience in residential and commercial construction, ZTW Construction brings extensive knowledge, expertise, and craftsmanship to every project.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I began my journey in construction as a house flipper, but before that, I gained valuable experience working under my uncle’s tutelage as a builder. This foundation gave me a deep understanding of quality craftsmanship, which I bring to every project today.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with both commercial and residential clients, helping them bring their ideal renovations to life with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
My most recent project was a house remodel that, unfortunately, experienced extensive termite damage. We replaced all rim joists, exterior sheathing and all floor joist and girders. This complete project took 5 months from demo to providing the keys to the customer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look for a contractor with a solid track record in both residential and commercial projects. Experience matters when it comes to quality and problem-solving. Ensure the provider is licensed, insured, and follows all local building codes to protect yourself from liability. A reputable contractor should provide a clear, written estimate that outlines costs, materials, and project timelines. Choose a provider who is transparent, responsive, and willing to collaborate to ensure your vision is met within your budget.
