The pride of our team is doing the job the customer asked for and expects. We tailer our communication to fit your needs. We will deliver a high-quality product at a very good price. Doing the project right the first time is always cheaper than having to do it again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Step 1. Get some details and project needs over the phone or via email. (pictures always help) Step 2. Visit the project and get information and assess the job. Step 3. Discuss options with client (In person or over the phone) Step 4. Provide an Estimate of the work discussed

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have been in the Hard Surface flooring business for over 10 years. I have also been running paint and stain crews for 3 years. Our business is new, but we are not. Once you talk with us you will agree.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Worked for one of the largest hard surface flooring companies in United States. Also, I come from a family of Contractors and Tradesman. Remodeling was a way of life.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Any and All

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I really find joy in nearly every project. Satisfying customers and seeing our work is why I decided to go into business for myself. I wanted to ensure that I controlled the entire process of the work from start to finish. I find joy in that customer statisfaction.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Don't always go with the cheaper bid. You get what you pay for. Quality work, great communication, and peace of mind during the process is worth it paying more.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Be willing to learn and listen. Contractors have experience and have seen it all. You can also tell how much a contractor really cares in that first conversation, especially before he knows the size of the job.
