What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Most jobs are done by the project. I dont use a hourly rate very often,but when i do it is based of of type of work needing to be completed. I feel hourly is for someone who is lazy and slow. if u are being payed by the job you will be effecient quick and on time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

meet customer go over the work the customer is requesting to haved completed. Then give a fair and profesional qoute.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

technical training / 4 year degree intigrated mask design. / journeyman electrical liscense apprenticeship through Oregon Abc apprentice center.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

started out designing and building custom home theater systems from complete design of room soundproofing, precise sound and visual layout, complete installation of home theater complete automation and security..

What types of customers have you worked with?

i have worked for all types of projects from big corporate jobs to the basics in a home .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

if u want quality work dont expect to get it by taking the lowest price. quality craftsmanship is not something that can be thrown togather. It takes a little more time and patience.

parts required to complete the task. budget for the task, and time frame wanting it completed in.
