What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meet with clients, go over scope of work to be performed, submit Quote, follow up, address any questions and or changes, come to an agreement schedule start date, sign contract received upfront installment before initiating work, and through out process making sure client and team are in same page and working accordingly to deliver in timely manner.
