What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a complimentary consultation to understand your vision, goals, and budget. From there, we create a custom design proposal and timeline. Once everything is approved, our team manages the entire remodeling process—from planning and permitting to construction and finishing—keeping you informed every step of the way.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Together Design & Build was founded by two experienced project managers who previously worked for other remodeling companies. Over the years, they saw firsthand how the industry often prioritized volume over quality. They started this company with a different vision—one focused on delivering exceptional craftsmanship, personalized service, and truly helping homeowners create spaces they love. For us, it’s not about how many jobs we complete—it’s about how well we do each one.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Together Design & Build was born from a passion for transforming living spaces and helping homeowners love where they live. We started with a small team focused on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, and have grown thanks to referrals from happy clients.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with homeowners across the Austin area, from young families updating their kitchens to retirees creating more accessible bathrooms. Whether it's a full home remodel or a single-room refresh, we tailor each project to the client’s needs and style.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our favorite recent projects was a full kitchen remodel in Barton Creek. The client wanted a modern, functional space with more natural light and storage. We completed the transformation in about eight weeks and the results were stunning—open, airy, and beautifully personalized.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
