What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The client is usually first contacted by the estimator, when a convenient time for the client is established the estimator comes out to view, measure and take pictures as well as a full description of what needs to be done. The estimate is then put together based on the desired scope of work as well as the material that will be required in order for it to be accomplished. When the estimate is submitted, refined, and excepted the work will commence. Payment schedule and timelines depend on the size and the complexity of the project. The owner of the company Eduardo will be available anytime throughout your project fo questions, suggestions or change orders.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Never expect an accurate estimate over the phone. "You wouldn't make an offer on a car or house without seeing it." It is a lot easier to visualize in person to get an accurate estimate. Cheapest is not necessarily the best option.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The client should have a mental image of what they want and be able to explain it to the professional so they can figure out how to make it happen
