What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are a small family owned business our prices are budget friendly and competitive, we are flexible and offer prices for all kinds of flooring and house remodeling projects.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we received information on what kind of flooring project is needed, we schedule a measurement for us to come out and bring samples and get you a proper quote, once quote is approved we do a contract and deposit on the job that will be done deposits vary depending on job size final balance is paid once is completed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have ten years experience project managing remodeling jobs and also installing working side by side with my foreman and keeping everything organized to keep projects running smoothly.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I original started by doing installation jobs myself then moved to sales and eventually started my own business FGM Home Renovations.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Ive had the opportunity to work with all kinds of customer from small repair jobs to big projects, i look forward to helping all my customers out in any way means, we get the job done!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a 1,500SF Hardwood job custom stain and scrape, our customer was able to pick the stain that they loved with the help of our installation crew being able to mix stain finding the color that the absolutely loved, once stain was chosen our customer chose a light scrape which turned out fantastic all this was done in five days and the final outcome turned out amazing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When hiring a service always make sure everything is clear between both parties, obtain detailed quotes and confirm the work has warranty before making a decision.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should take into consideration what kind of flooring they are wanting to get, what their budget i, if there are any existing issues with there flooring such as leveling, buckling, etc, do their own research on the type of flooring they are wanting and lastly choose something they will absolutely love because you will be living with it.
