What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Realistic pricing on all projects - We pass our bulk/volume savings and Contracting Discounts directly to our customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Communication is everything, we will listen intently to the needs and desires of our new customers, and develop an outline prior to our visit for initial estimate. Throughout the process we will continue to keep the customer's vision in mind. We never forget that it is a Home we are working on, not just a house.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Went to school for: - Architectural Design - Drafting - Blue printing - Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) Associates of Science Degree

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Family has been in Construction and in Agriculture for several generations.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with customers from all walks of life and varied backgrounds. We pride ourselves on the time we take with first time home purchasers and retirees investing in their Forever home. We also enjoy acting with a sense of urgency for our seasoned investors and real estate partners to create turn key properties. We are also very much Team players, and gladly work with other Contractors as part of their Team or on combined projects.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure to find someone you feel comfortable with, that understands your vision, and that is patient but works with a sense of urgency. Trust is a must in this line of work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Am I ready to act, or am I just "Browsing"? How soon can I begin this project? What is the expected timeline? What is a realistic budget?
