What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing typically is an "all-in" pricing, in which we don't expect to change after it is presented. However, if there are changes or surprises, we make it a priority to communicate with our customer and work through all of the possible solutions to save time and money.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically start with a brief phone call or set of texts/emails. We set up an in-person consult so we can fully understand the needs of the customer. From there depending on what is needed, we will either work with the architect and/or designer and start to create our bid. Our bids are then presented to customers in person.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Cesar has an Engineering degree from Texas A&M, with a minor in Engineering Project Management. He also held a job in project management prior to transitioning to Revive & Renew full time. Hector has been in the construction industry for about 20 years. He has experience in nearly every aspect from flooring installation, framing, masonry, to tiling and prepwork.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

There is an obvious need in Dallas for legitimate, honest companies that prioritize the customer and their satisfaction with the outcomes of jobs. Our aim to fill that void and leave a trail of happy, satisfied customers.

We've worked with CTO's, CFO's, business owners, retired couples, working families, and more. If you have a need, we will do our best to work with you.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently took on a full home remodel in Lakewood, within walking distance to White Rock Lake. There are a TON of homes in that area getting torn down and rebuilt. Our customer decided they like the layout and the bones of the house were solid, so they decided to fully remodel the space. This home underwent an amazing transformation that solidified the decision to not tear it down.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always go with your gut. We've heard many times that some people don't feel "right" when talking to you regarding the project. Besides that, make sure they are registered in your city to do permitted work if it is required. Check for insurance, and always ask questions about how the work will be done.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Knowing beforehand what it is you actually want, will help everything go smooth. Also, having an idea of how much you want to spend on your project is critical. If you have a budget, you should make sure you are staying within that budget throughout the project.
