What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

we try to give the customer one clear transparent price, accurate and fixed. We do not engage in gimmicks like building up prices to offer discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initial meeting to understand their specific needs Finalize plans, details of materials and design Help in selection of materials Finalize and confirm Keep customer posted regularly on progress, address their concerns if any. Finish project on time, as early as possible

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have extensive experience in Residential Construction having worked as Project Manager for 5+ years for a custom home builder & and as General Manager for 3+ years in the same company overseeing Operations, Planning, Vendor Development and Finances. This helps me tremendously in my Remodeling Business

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been in the Furniture Industry for 15+ years and moved onto the construction Industry since 2009 as project Manager.

What types of customers have you worked with?

New home builders who look for a reliable source to help translate their dream home projects into reality. Remodeling customers who like to update their homes with latest trends, update the outdated styles and facilities.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a Patio Cover in Allen. I love these as they are such a great value addition to the backyard of the house where people love to spend their time

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Take time to evaluate the Contractor : Is he receptive to your ideas Does he have the experience in the required field. Some areas like Bath remodeling needs extensive knowledge of critical shower proofing technics. Does he provide you with an accurate upfront cost of project? Above all, do you get the feel of genuinity when dealing with him.
