Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Usually I will create a bid after the initial visit to see what all needs to be done and then you can choose to accept my bid.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I will come to the location of the job for an initial visit to see if its a job that I am able to do. Then I will create a bid, scope, responsibilities for that specific project. Afterwards, you are able to see what I'm expecting of myself, you and how to get the project to the finish line in the accepted budget, on time, and up to your satisfaction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have been in the industry doing hands-on work for 3 years. I created my business to help others and to do the kind of work that I am passionate about. I have a general contractor license and am insured as well.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started doing this after college because I wanted to follow my heart and do something that I get satisfaction from, and am appreciated.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with a wide variety of customers who want all different finished products.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently completed 650 sq ft of 6" wide tongue and groove soffit. It was a project that was outside and fell into exactly what I love doing. It took me 1 week from start to finish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look at your potential providers' license numbers and see if they are actually licensed and insured. In this day and age and in this industry, there are a lot of scams out there. Just be sure to do your due diligence and speak with the provider frequently and have a good feeling about them doing the work and providing you with the finished product you want.
